Are Snout & Soul products suitable for my puppy too?
Yes! All our products are Puppy Proof.
Which products can I put in the washing machine/dishwasher?
Walk: Our harness comes in a beautiful laundry bag. The other products in the Walk Collection — leash, collar, and long line — can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher.
Play: We recommend rinsing the Play Set toys with lukewarm water before use and after they get dirty. Want a deep clean? Our Zigzag Tube, Twisty Ball, and Tennis Wobbler are all dishwasher safe.
Daily: The Duo Food Bowl, Slow Feeder, and Lick Mat can also be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
Are the product colors exactly as shown in the images?
The products you see in the photos are our own. The color you order will be the same as the one you'll receive. However, slight color variations may occur depending on the device you're using to view the images (lighting, brightness, different browsers).
What is your shipping process?
Shipping
We process your order within 1–2 working days after receiving your payment. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes between 6–12 days, so you can expect your package within 7–14 days.
Where is my package shipped from?
Our products are shipped directly from our modern warehouse in Asia, where we work with carefully selected manufacturers and suppliers. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality at a fair price. Each product is carefully inspected before being shipped. We are based in the Netherlands and oversee service, quality, and support from here, so you can always count on reliable delivery and excellent customer service.
What is the return policy?
Returns
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all our products as long as they are unworn and unused. Please ensure that all labels and tags are still attached to the product. This means you can return any product within 30 days from receiving it,
If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, we cannot process your return or exchange request.
Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
To start a return, contact us via our Contact Page or email us at info@snout-soul.com and you’ll receive further return instructions.
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your purchase amount will be refunded in the form of store credit within 10 business days, provided the product meets the return conditions.
To avoid ordering the wrong size, please make sure to measure your dog properly around the neck and chest.
I heard that part of my money is donated — where does it go?
That’s right! 30% of the profit from your purchase goes to charity.
